You may use this website to read about Coplanar AI and to send an enquiry. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content through the form.
No engagement until it is agreed
Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept by using the form. An enquiry is not a contract, a statement of work or a commitment to start a project. Work begins only when both parties agree in a separate written engagement.
Information on this site
The content is general information about a consultancy. It is not legal, financial, clinical or government-procurement advice. Example engagements are types of work. They are not case studies, customer claims or promises of a result.
We do not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, IRAP, PCI DSS, HIPAA or any other certification on this website. If a certification matters to your project, ask us and we will tell you what we do and do not hold.

AWS, Anthropic Claude, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and other products named on this website are technology ecosystems Coplanar AI may work with. Naming them is not a statement that Coplanar AI is an official partner, reseller or certified provider, and it is not an endorsement by those companies. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
Vendor programs
Some projects may be looked at for cloud-vendor programs or incentives where those programs exist and the project qualifies. The website does not promise that funding, credits or a program place will be available.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and logo on this website are owned by Coplanar AI Pty Ltd or used with permission. You may not copy them for your own commercial site. You may share a link to a page.
Enquiries and third-party services
The enquiry form is delivered by this static website. When a Formspree endpoint is configured, the submission is processed by Formspree. Until then, the form opens your email application. Those services have their own terms. Do not include secrets in an enquiry.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and any other law that cannot be excluded, Coplanar AI Pty Ltd is not liable for loss arising only from use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing on this website excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer guarantees where they apply. This paragraph must be reviewed before publication. It may not match a later services contract, and a services contract will govern paid work.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to raise a dispute elsewhere under a law that cannot be contracted out of.
