This website is operated by Coplanar AI Pty Ltd (ABN 14 702 093 696, ACN 702 093 696), an Australian company based in Melbourne. In this policy, “we” means Coplanar AI Pty Ltd. Contact: enquiries@coplanar.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information collected through this website, mainly when you send an enquiry. It does not describe a customer project, a support portal or an account. This site has no user accounts.
Information we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you submit:
- Name
- Business email address
- Company
- Phone number, if you provide one
- The topic you select
- Your project description
- An optional budget range
If the form service is not connected, the form opens your own email application and the message is sent from your mailbox to ours. In that case your email provider, not this website, transmits the message.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to read your request, reply, and decide whether a conversation, a proof of concept or another engagement is appropriate. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this website for advertising profiles.
Form processing and overseas disclosure
When configured, the form is submitted to Formspree, a third-party form processor. Formspree may process submissions outside Australia, including in the United States. Their handling of that data is described in Formspree’s own privacy policy. You should confirm that this disclosure matches your obligations before you rely on this draft.
A hidden honeypot field is included to reduce automated spam. Leave it empty. It is not used to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own, and it does not embed a tracking script. If a form provider sets a cookie when you submit, that is their mechanism. Your browser may also store ordinary technical data such as the page address in its history.
Access and correction
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you from this website, and ask for a correction, by emailing enquiries@coplanar.ai. We will need enough detail to find the enquiry. Access and correction are considered under the Australian Privacy Principles. Some requests may be refused where the law allows it.
Storage and security
Enquiry content is held in the mailbox or form service we use. We take reasonable steps to limit who can read it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other secrets through the form.
Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, email enquiries@coplanar.ai with the subject “Privacy complaint”. We will respond during Australian business hours. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Confirm the current OAIC process on their website before you rely on this sentence.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the website after a change does not, by itself, waive rights you have under Australian law.
